Information to be seen, heard and understood

This portal gives special attention to people with low vision, screen-reader users and people who navigate by keyboard.

Available tools

Control your reading experience

The “Accessibility” button on every page stores your choices in this browser.

Text enlargement

Three text sizes preserve the page structure and work alongside browser zoom.

High contrast

A black, white and yellow mode increases separation between text, links, controls and backgrounds.

Highlighted links

A stronger underline makes links identifiable without relying on color alone.

Reduced motion

Transitions can be disabled, and the operating-system preference is respected.

Keyboard navigation

Use Tab and Shift + Tab. A visible outline marks focus. Press Alt + A to open the panel.

Screen readers

Pages use declared languages, hierarchical headings, semantic regions, control labels, alternative text and a skip link.

Ongoing commitment

WCAG 2.2 criteria

The design uses WCAG 2.2 Level AA criteria, including contrast, resizing, visible focus, touch targets, reduced motion, semantics and responsive behavior. This is an ongoing improvement process, not an independent certification.

Important limitation: videos, social networks, journals and reports open on external platforms. Their accessibility and availability are controlled by their respective owners.
